Here is what I've done so far...

I am passionate about bringing out results through digitally-driven marketing strategies. I've spent the last decade running result-driven campaigns for a good amount of brands and businesses, developing high-quality content and translating company's stories into content that brings qualified traffic, valuable leads, and a loyal community.  


Kapono Works

Goal: Development of engaging content for social media to include copy and appealing design, increasing online presence and brand awareness.

Results: Within 3 months of launching, increased Instagram followers of specific local target from 132 to 2100, grew Facebook followers from 51 to 720, produced and edited a video that generated over 27,000 views and 100 shares, increased sales in 30% through organic reach.


Boerne OBGYN

Goal: Client requested a fresh website with an appointment scheduling system.

Results: Developed informative SEO-friendly content in a modern-looking and responsive layout that was built with booking capabilities to facilitate appointment scheduling.


Goal: Website development with on-page SEO content, inclusive of blog posts, keyword research, and off-page SEO. Client's goal was to rank higher on search engines not only for restaurants in Castroville, Texas, but also as a nice and affordable local wedding venue.

Results: After a six-month campaign, organic reach was  increased by 48% and we were able to double conversion rate (calls for reservation) from a 700-word blog post.


Pork Pixel Creative

Goal: Website re-design along with on-page and technical SEO strategies; Improve brand awareness through social media presence.

Results: 32% increase on organic local ranking in 6 months; 77% increase in web traffic, yielding higher conversions (leads).


Greg Clutters Real Estate

Goal: Launch and maintenance of a Facebook account (design & content) and online paid ads. Client's goal was to amplify lead generation with a budget of $10 per qualified lead.

Results: Implemented lead generation campaign that generated engaging leads in a full-funnel content stream aimed at attracting, engaging, and converting potential buyers. Client gained over 122 qualified leads at $7 per lead in one month.


Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper, REALTORS®

Goal: Strategy and execution of the company’s communication channels, creating, coordinating, and executing effective, accurate, and compliant content pieces, while managing an editorial calendar and measuring its effectiveness.

Results: 1,300% increase on Facebook views (from 7 to 100+ per week) by qualified prospects; 67.4% open rate and 14.5% reply rate for company’s email marketing campaign.

The Purpose Coalition

Goal: Design logo and website for a nonprofit consulting business that needed a full branded online presence.

Strategy Brother University

Goal: Web design. Skin client's course website (Thinkific) to his main website in order to create a consistent look and feel.


San Antonio Area Foundation

Goal: Implement a plan for a website refresh to increase engagement, developing and maintaining web pages, adding and deleting files, updating expired pages, and resolving broken links. 

Results: Increased overall website traffic by 38% in the first quarter after of launch, and decreased bounce rate from 77.3% to an industry average of 39.2%. Created a sign-up form that increased emailing list by 400%.


NYC Stretching

Goal: Promote NYC Stretching Flexibility Course via organic social media posts, Facebook and Instagram ads, e-mail marketing campaigns, Kartra marketing funnels, and blogging. 

Results: Ads with maximum quality score and relevancy led client to increase sales by 214% in 3 months, increased email marketing list by 77% obtaining over 423 new qualified leads via email drip campaigns.

Pedro M Wellness

Goal: Client requested a website with a clean and holistic touch.

Results: Modern and responsive website was built in a way that client is able to update and maintain it on his own.


Alamo Women's OBGYN

Goal: Client requested some website updates as well as some technical SEO work for a complete functional website. Client also requested Facebook Ads tailored to OBGY services in San Antonio, Texas.

Results: Removed duplicate H1 tags, made URLs descriptive, readable and SEO-friendly, added Privacy Policy to make website compliant, and installed a booking plugin that allows clients to book directly on the website. Started Facebook campaigns, A/B testing audiences, ad creatives, ad copy, headlines for higher for conversion rate. Generated over 200 appointments in 45 days and increased website traffic by 48% in 30 days.
